[00:00:12] And I'll make it brief. I wanted to just let you know that there are more podcast episodes coming to the platform soon

[00:00:21] And some of those upcoming episodes include episode 13, what is the connection between mirror neurons and childhood trauma

[00:00:29] That one will come in a few weeks and then after that episode 14 types of narcissists and how to spot them

[00:00:36] And that is across over from the YouTube video. And if you haven't check out the YouTube channel

[00:00:42] If you like to get new material more often that's different than what's on the podcast

[00:00:49] You're missing out because there's more original material most of which I do have some crossover episodes

[00:00:56] But most of which is different than what you get on the podcast. It's also free

[00:02:35] Every couple of months where nothing comes out

[00:02:37] And then I try to alternate that with YouTube videos

[00:02:40] As much as I can

[00:02:41] Now I haven't been able to make as many YouTube's this year

[00:02:44] But I will be trying to create a couple more before the end of the year

[00:02:47] So I can continue to alternate those

[00:02:49] But upcoming YouTube videos should continue to come out as well

[00:02:54] And some of those are the types of narcissists

[00:02:58] And how to spot them which is the YouTube video

[00:03:00] It's the same thing but it's just on the YouTube channel

[00:03:03] And then I will be doing some more voiceovers on topics like trauma triggers

[00:04:47] I will have an episode coming out towards the end of the year

[00:04:51] About the holidays and coping

[00:04:53] And dealing with family

[00:04:55] Because a lot of us who are trauma survivors or in situations where we

[00:04:59] Maybe we have a strained relationship with our family

[00:05:02] Maybe we're even no contact because of abuse and toxicity

[00:05:05] Maybe we have lost people that we love

[00:05:08] Maybe we're alone

[00:05:10] Maybe it's just very difficult around the holidays

[00:05:13] For different reasons we have mental health issues

[00:05:15] There's a lot of reasons that a lot of people struggle

[00:05:18] Dear in the holidays

[00:05:19] And so there will be an episode upcoming

[00:05:22] Torsy end of year that will be one of the last episodes

[00:05:24] On coping strategies and people in those different scenarios

[00:05:28] How you can cope and how you can take care of yourself

[00:05:32] Dearing the holiday season and continue to glorify God

[00:05:36] While you enjoy the birth of our Savior

[00:05:38] So those are some things that we will be going through

[00:05:41] In the next few weeks also keep in mind that I now have a newsletter

[00:05:45] While I don't put it out every single month

[00:05:48] It comes out about once a month and it gives you updates on the podcast

[00:05:52] New things coming out on the platform

[00:05:54] It gives you free resources

[00:05:55] It reminds you of different resources that are available

[00:07:04] But it is in the Bible enough that it is a fruit of the spirit

[00:07:07] So that's something that can also help you heal trauma as well

[00:07:10] And we talk about that in a future episode

[00:07:12] How you can be grateful and embodied joy

[00:07:15] Without toxic bypassing
