Description:
This episode is about what to do during the difficult seasons, when we don't feel we're making progress and we are exhausted. In these times, don’t need someone to tell you to be stronger; you need to know that it’s okay to be tired. You need to know that a difficult day doesn’t erase the progress you’ve made, that healing can move forward even when it doesn’t feel like it, and that God hasn’t left you simply because your circumstances haven’t changed. Sometimes faith looks less like having answers and more like taking one more step when you don’t know how much longer the road will be. We discuss the difficult seasons through a trauma-aware lens. We’ll talk about the hard places: the exhaustion, the setbacks, the waiting, the courage it takes to begin again, and the ways God can meet us in the middle of them. Because sometimes the miracle isn’t that we don't experience hard times; sometimes it’s that we were held there until we could find our way forward.
